Clergy Financial Well-Being Initiative - Texas Conference Mid-Sized Church Project 2019 |
Introduction and Invitation
The Clergy Financial Well-Being Initiative seeks to understand pastor and church leaders skills and challenges in the financial aspects of ministry, with the ultimate vision to improve the personal financial situation of clergy and the financial strength of the congregations they serve. We are grateful for your participation and thank you for helping us continue our research and learning as we evaluate and plan future financial literacy education.
The survey includes 17 questions plus two demographic questions about your congregation, and your contact information, if you wish to provide it. We will keep your identity and your responses confidential and provide you with a copy of your responses for your personal planning. Survey results will be used in aggregate for project planning purposes. Thank you for your leadership and for participating in this research and assessment exercise.
If you have any questions regarding the survey, please contact Project Manager Bonnie Marden at ClergyFinance@wespath.org or 978-846-1260. We are grateful for your gift of time in completing this survey and for your leadership in the United Methodist Church.
