At the direction of the City Council, the City of Cerritos will be implementing a new community transportation program inclusive of three service elements: 1) a general public on-demand service, and 2) a limited-stop service linking Cerritos with LA Metro’s Green/C-Line rail station in Norwalk, and 3) an eligibility-based Dial-A-Ride. As part of the transition to the new services, the City will cease operation of the Cerritos-On-Wheels (COW) local bus service. To ensure the new services effectively meet the mobility needs and priorities of Cerritos residents, your input is requested.
Part 1: General Public On-Demand Service (Reservation-Based)

The City will introduce a new on-demand mobility service open to the general public. Ride requests/reservations are typically placed via a smart phone app, online, or through a call center. Ride requests to/from any location within Cerritos can be made regardless of trip purpose.
