We use net contracts to tender bus service in our territory

I can explain how net contracts work for public transport, who is responsible for what and what is the process for a net contract tender.

I know what information must be provided to tenderers in net contracts so they can make a bid.

We changed from gross to net contracts and I can explain both experiences.
