Childhood dementia resources  - feedback survey 

The Childhood Dementia Initiative was established in 2020 to transform research, care and quality of life for children with dementia around the world.

One of our focus areas is to increase awareness and understanding about childhood dementia. We have received funding from the Department of Health to develop resources that inform health professionals and service providers about what childhood dementia is, how it impacts the child and family and what families need from the health and social care systems in Australia. 

We would really appreciate your feedback about these childhood dementia information resources so we can continually improve and refine them.
