In honor of the 30th anniversary of both the legislation enacting the CDFI Fund, and the CDFI Coalition Institute, the Coalition is conducting a survey to collect data and success stories from members. The goal of this report is not only to celebrate the legislation, your CDFIs, and the Coalition but to also educate and show policymakers and other industry stakeholders the impact of CDFIs and the CDFI Fund. To have your CDFI profiled and included in the report, please submit this form by September 1st. The majority of the information requested within the form can be found in your various CDFI Fund reports.
