Residents of Caterham-on-the-Hill, Caterham Valley, Chaldon and Whyteleafe, together with other interested parties, are invited to comment on the Pre-Submission Version Caterham, Chaldon and Whyteleafe Neighbourhood Plan Review. This is a refreshed version of our existing Neighbourhood Plan and sets a vision and planning policies for the four Parishes/Villages for the coming years to 2040.

Please read the full text of the Neighbourhood Plan and the policies and indicate how strongly, or otherwise, you agree with each policy.
