- I understand that I must submit this Agreement and the training submission form for approval to have my trainings posted to the CCAoVA Training Calendar.
- I understand that once approved use to post on the CCAoVA Training Calendar, I will be added as a trainer in WorkLife Systems (WLS), and I will be notified when submitted trainings has been added to the Training Calendar.
- I understand that if I make changes to the content, procedures, or level of any training, I must submit said changes to the CCAoVA Data Services Coordinator for changes to be made to the class in WorkLife Systems.
- I understand that CCAoVA reserves the right not to post inappropriate events or content directly conflicting with VDOE OCCHS standards governing child care programs.
- I understand the user agreement will be reviewed yearly.
- I confirm that I have the appropriate credentials, certifications, and experience to deliver training to support providers licensed or regulated by VDOE OCCHS, or approved by the VDSS Child Care Subsidy program.
- I understand approval to post information to the CCAoVA Training Calendar is a courtesy offered to support the ECE community. Child Care Aware of Virginia strives to compile all relevant and available course offerings across the state to assist child care providers. It may revoke this permission for any trainer or organization at any time for failure to adhere to the requirements outlined in this agreement and for any reason that might put childcare workers or children in their care at risk.
