CBS Strategic Plan: Annual Progress Check-in (1)

In September 2022, the Sitka Assembly adopted a five-year strategic plan to guide the City and Borough of Sitka (CBS) organization to align resources with community priorities to improve the quality and delivery of services to our community.

As we come to the end of year one of the five-year plan, we want to check in with members of the community and organization to ensure we remain responsive and accountable to the needs and priorities in our community.
