Thank you in advance for completing the AFP Compensation and Benefits Survey. Please take the survey only once. When the report is released, you will receive a link to it by email.

If you received compensation for fundraising work from more than one employer, please answer about where you worked as of December 31, 2022. If you were not employed in fundraising on that date, select either where you were most recently employed or the job you held the longest in 2022.

There are five sections:
  * Your organization and job
  * Your salary and benefits, including what your employer offered
  * Your career
  * Your demographic traits
  * A chance to forecast for 2023

All information you provide will be kept strictly confidential and will be reported in aggregate form only.

The survey will take about 20 minutes. It will help if you have a copy of your employer's benefit options available.

The report of compensation and benefits supports the fundraising profession. Accurate and current salary and benefit information helps people negotiate for fair compensation and helps employers prepare competitive offers.
