No
6.
How often on average per week, per month or per year do you use fax in your communication with the Office?
7.
According to Art.2 of the Decision No EX-20-9, fax will no longer be offered and used as a means of communication with the Office. Do you perceive this change as problematic or do you feel it is not going to affect your daily practice?
8.
Have you ever used any of the back-up solutions offered by the Office in Art.6(2) of the Decision No EX-20-9? If yes, please indicate your experience with this.
9.
How often do you use external hard drives, memory cards, CD ROMs, DVDs, other optical discs or magnetic data carriers of any kind for annexes submission?
10.
If the answer is often, do you prefer these means of communication instead of USB flash drives, pen drives or similar memory units, and for which reasons?
11.
According to Art.2 of the Decision No EX-20-10, the maximum size of each individual annex saved on the data carrier is restricted to 20 MB. How often do you submit individual annexes that exceed 20 MB?
12.
Do you believe this might be a problem taking into account that an individual annex could be split in different files and several files could be uploaded?
