What doesn't it look like?
Among  the responses were the need to have a pathway in, cooperative leadership and structure, not replicating old systems that don’t work, satisfying, well-paid jobs and good environmental outcomes for the land, helping those who need it most, and mentorship and education.

3.How do we create stability and extend cultural humility for everyone involved?
Responses included carrying a mindset of humility, understanding power dynamics, acknowledging different communication styles, communications between communities and across ecosystems.

Responses included engaging the community, access to markets, skill training on all aspects of farming, linking to existing networks for recruitment and support, building in County support.
