PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY
Volunteers should be 14 years or older to participate in the Conservation Areas volunteer program. If you're under the age of 14, parental supervision on-site is require for the duration of your volunteer session.

Please complete all sections of the application form and submit electronically.

At the end of this application you will be prompted to print a CVC Policies for Volunteers form. This must be read and signed prior to your volunteer event. If you're under 18 years old, please ensure it is signed by your parents/guardian. Please email, mail, or fax the signed form to CVC. These forms are required to complete your application.

Credit Valley Conservation (CVC) respects the rights of individuals to the privacy of their personal information and is subject to the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (MFIPPA). The information collected herein will not be made externally available for commercial purposes of any kind. Personal information will be used for internal administrative purposes, in the event of emergency, to contact participants as part of a post-program evaluation and/or may also be used to inform participants as to the availability of new programs or events. All information is kept confidential and will only be used or disclosed in accordance with MFIPPA rules and regulations.
