CARRE Needs Assessment Survey FY25
Welcome!
We are reaching out because you have engaged with the Center for Adjustment Resilience and Recovery (CARRE). As someone who knows our products and works with forcibly displaced families, your input is crucial in helping shape our next year of programming. We are hoping you will take 5 minutes to complete our short needs assessment for FY25.
Because it is important for us to hear from as many people and agencies as possible, please feel free to pass this survey on to others whom you feel may also be interested in CARRE’s resources, services or supports. Multiple people from one agency are welcome to complete this survey. Respondents will be anonymous. The survey will close on November 22nd, 2024.
