Consumer Action is developing educational tools to assist clients before and after a natural disaster. We recognize that potential housing loss and damage in a natural disaster are real in many parts of the country. Preparation and knowledge might not help a consumer to avoid disaster, but it will help them to recover from it. We'd like feedback from network partners who provide housing counseling, financial counseling, financial coaching or community education! We would like to gauge what materials are needed and the formats that would be most useful to your clients and staff.
