There are two local URM provider agencies: Catholic Charities Dallas Children’s Services and Upbring. In order to ensure an equitable distribution of prospective foster parent inquiries, the U.S. Committee for Refugees and Immigrants operates a centralized, neutral intake process to collect basic information from all prospective foster parents. USCRI will use the information collected in this form to determine the most appropriate URM provider agency to provide more information about the URM program and work with you further.
