The Oregon Health Authority (OHA) EMS office Years of Service program provides a mechanism through which agencies can recognize the contribution of years of service and life committed to EMS care in Oregon.
OHA EMS office distributes pins for years of service to acknowledge the time a provider has contributed to the EMS system and the community. Years of Service pins are for 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 & 35 years.
Before the OHA EMS Awards are presented the Oregon Honor Guard remembers the providers that our EMS community have lost in the past year during the Last Call ceremony. The agency will need to submit information of the provider to the OHA EMS office in order to be acknowledged during the ceremony. Please include one image of the recipient and the agency(ies) through their career.
