New Ethics and Compliance “Speak Up” Posters were distributed to your facility in June. We need your assistance with ensuring that the posters are hung in accessible and high traffic locations.

You should have received three different types of posters: Quick Reference Poster, Potty Training Poster, and a Myths Poster. The Quick Reference and Myth posters are traditional posters that should be hung in accessible and high traffic locations. The Potty-Training posters are decals with adhesive backing designed to be placed on the inside doors of bathroom stalls.

Local People & Culture Managers and Facility Managers should work together to ensure posters are hung in appropriate locations. Please use the audit form below to document where each poster is hung.

It is your responsibility to monitor the posters and request replacements as necessary. If you need replacement posters or materials at any time or make any changes to the locations of these posters, please contact the Ethics and Compliance Team.
