Shoalhaven, Illawarra and Shellharbour Bushfires Impact 2020 |
We want to hear from you
The Live Music Office are seeking information on how the creative community has been impacted by the recent bushfires. We will collate this information to help inform our conversations with all levels of government about what is needed by the creative community.
If you are professional musician, artist, a venue or agent, a creative business, museum, gallery or collective living or operating in the Shoalhaven, Shellharbour or Illawarra areas and have suffered direct impact from the bushfires we want to hear from you.
We are also seeking information from arts organisations and schools to let us know their needs when hosting or running workshops or arts education programs. Cultural tour guides or keepers of cultural place are also invited to participate.
The Live Music Office will confidentially collate and aggregate the information to seek assistance that is genuinely useful. This is not an offer of direct assistance, but any information you provide will help us in our conversations with all levels of government and hopefully speed up the process for support.
We appreciate that this situation is not over and we understand that it is a long road to recovery. Examples of loss may include performances and trading hours, materials or instruments, infrastructure, portfolios, collections or bodies of work.
Please be assured that as soon as any assistance programs specific to our industry are available, we will let you know.
The Live Music Office values the importance of the arts to the very fabric of the community. Please respond with your needs using this confidential survey.
Please contact us on john@livemusicoffice.com.au or ph. 9935 7875 if you wish to discuss anything directly.
Thank you for your time.
