Frontline Health Worker (FHW)/End User Insight about Digital Health Tool Experience and Need
Thank you for your willingness to complete this survey. THINKMD is requesting information from you, a Frontline Health Worker (FHW), to assist with a better understanding of the function, use and adoption of digital health tools from the perspective of the END-USER, meaning THOSE WHO ARE USING THE TOOLS - that is you! This survey will take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete. We thank you for your participation and appreciate the insight you can offer our team and all of those working in digital health. Our work is impossible without you, as digital health tools are only valuable if they bring value to you.
*For the purpose of this survey, digital health tool refers to any application, software, or platform that can be used on a phone, tablet or computer to assist you with your work as a frontline health worker.
