Building Better: A Study on Women’s Experiences in Construction
Presented by Ambition Theory and NCCER
Purpose of Study
(Download pdf in English, French, Spanish)

Following our initial research, Ambition Theory and the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) continue exploring how women experience the construction industry. This year, we’re focusing on the types of support that truly make a difference, identifying areas for growth, and examining how everyone—including leadership and allies—can contribute to a more inclusive industry.

Your responses are essential in helping us shape positive change. All information collected will be kept confidential and shared only in a summarized format to protect the privacy of individual participants and companies.

This survey is intended for women working within the construction industry. Thank you for helping build a stronger future for women in construction.
