Boone EDC Family and Employee Survey

We are seeking input from families and employees in Boone County to gain a clearer understanding of child care needs and challenges. Please take a moment to complete this survey and share your thoughts!

The Boone County Economic Development Corporation (Boone EDC) is collaborating with Transform Consulting Group (TCG) to conduct a comprehensive child care needs assessment. This assessment aims to identify gaps in the current child care system and guide the creation of an action plan to address these needs. Our goal at Boone EDC is to create an environment that supports and strengthens the local workforce, ensuring that families have access to the child care resources they need.

Your responses will remain confidential, and the data from this survey will only be shared at a summarized level. The survey should take about 10-15 minutes to complete. Please complete by September 30, 2024.
