Sub Engineer Field Maintenance (Ammonia)

Location: PFL Site, Multan

Education: DAE Mechanical / B. Tech Mechanical

Experience: 15 years of relevant experience with 7-8 years experience of Ammonia plant/ fertilizer industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Directly supervise maintenance activities regarding predictive & preventive maintenance of stationary and rotary equipment; Carry out routine corrective maintenance on daily basis; Assist for the development of SOPs.
Maintain historical record of maintenance data of stationary and rotary equipment of Ammonia Maintenance Plant; Duty and shift roster and delegation of routine and non-routine jobs.
Give inputs for ATA (Annual Turn Around) Planning and effective execution thereof for plant shut down.
Ensure compliance to safe work practices for safe, consistent and efficient operations; responsible for safety of personnel and the equipment in line with Company's Safety policy.
Responsibility for keeping the team motivated. Constructing Technical trainings and practical demonstration.
Assist area engineer in planning the following years budget based on the preventive plan, spare consumption pattern and reliability improvement plan.
