Accessible Organizations Project Survey - Progress and Support

This is a short survey to be filled out by organizations prescribed under the Accessible BC Regulation in meeting the three requirements under Part 3 of the Accessible BC Act. Please fill out the answers as best as you can.
 
The purpose of this survey is to understand progress towards the three requirements in each sub-sector, gather feedback on the Accessibility Toolkit, and a space for organizations to share what additional support and resources they would like to receive.
 
Individualized survey answers are kept confidential to DABC, whereas the total survey responses will be aggregated and shared to the BC Government. By completing this survey, the name of your organization will be connected to your survey response, but any personal, identifiable contact information will not be collected unless you share your email address in a request to be contacted by DABC in future. Please contact aop@disabilityalliancebc.org if you have any questions or concerns about this survey, or if you would like to provide answers in an alternate format.
