A Survey About the Federal R&D Tax Credit
Section 41, also known as the Federal R&D Tax Credit, has been in existence since 1981. Though the regulation was permanently codified (no-longer a temporary regulation year to year) 1/01/2016 and thus has driven further awareness, major areas of “grey” continue to confuse, challenge, and limit industry, business owner enthusiasm, in taking full advantage.
This survey seeks to dispel rumors, answers questions and further demystify for all what this incentive has meant to those in the know, currently benefitting etc.
