Women in organizations experience a ‘glass ceiling’ that prevents them from reaching top management levels or executive status, raising the question of gender equality in the workplace. The following survey is a critical component of an upcoming WTS Greater New York Chapter (WTS-GNY) Glass Ceiling Report to be published in late 2025.
