Palliative Care Access to Core Medicines Evaluation

You are invited to complete this brief survey on the Palliative Care Access to core Medicine (PCAM) Project. This survey is part of the evaluation of this project which NWMPHN commissioned the PSA to deliver.

This project aims to support palliative care in the community by increasing access to essential medicines for people who wish to die at home or in an aged care setting. The project has established the Core  Medicines List (CML).

This survey is anonymous. Data from this survey will be used to provide a snapshot of general practice awareness and use of the CML in NWMPHN’s region. Your participation will also help inform future strategies to improve access to palliative care medicines for patients.

This survey contains 4 questions and will take less than 5 minutes to complete

By continuing with this survey, you are providing consent to PSA and NWMPHN to use the data for evaluation purposes.
