We are excited to introduce our new online suggestion box, a space where all members of our netball community can share their ideas and feedback to help us grow and improve. Whether you have a creative suggestion for our next event, a new training idea, or ways to enhance our equipment, we want to hear from you!
Our goal is to create a positive and constructive environment where everyone's voice can contribute to the success of our club. To ensure that your feedback is as helpful as possible, please keep the following in mind:
Be Specific: Provide clear and detailed suggestions. Specific ideas are easier to understand and implement.
Be Constructive: Focus on providing solutions or improvements rather than just pointing out problems.
Be Respectful: Maintain a positive tone and be respectful of others.
Constructive criticism is more effective when delivered thoughtfully.
