• Eligibility
    • All active full-time and part-time faculty members at Tacoma Community College may apply.
  • Process
    • All applications will be anonymized before being shared with the Faculty Awards Committee.
    • The Faculty Awards Committee will use a rubric to review and score the nominations.
  • Criteria
    • Successful applications will speak specifically to the criteria outlined in the rubric. The committee will be looking for proposals that have considered each of the following components:
      • The award provides a one-time use of funds.
      • The impact of the activity is clearly expressed, achievable, and ethical.
      • The goal of the activity supports one of the TCC's core themes.
      • The activity is supported by current research in the field.
      • The means of reporting out or sharing is clearly stated.
      • The means of assessing the success of the activity is clearly stated.
