Return to School July 2020

We are actively creating plans for the Fall.  As we continue the process, we need important information from you to inform these plans.  The responses are not binding and will be used only for internal planning purposes.  Please complete this form for each child in your family.  Thank you!

4.If school opens fully or in a hybrid model (part-time remote/part-time in-person) would you send your child to school or opt to continue remote learning full time through a school-provided remote learning environment?  We expect to offer families this choice throughout the 2020-2021 school year.

7.A major challenge we foresee is a capacity of 50% or less on the school bus. If you plan to send your child, what needs do you have regarding transportation?  The limit on bus capacity could impact how in-person school is offered.

10.We expect that the food service program will be prepared and packaged.  If you plan to send your child, would your child participate in the school lunch program given these changes?  We are unsure as to the status of CCHS open campus privileges so CCHS families should take that into consideration.
