Welcome to the first edition of our annual Rewards survey! At BTA Knowledge, we believe that a well-rounded rewards strategy is essential for attracting, motivating, and retaining talent. This survey is designed to capture key aspects of total rewards – covering everything from pay and benefits to flexible working, culture and recognition.
