The Boondall Strategic Plan 2023-2025 allows our school community to create a unique Boondall State School learning culture - defined by our beliefs, values and the priorities that we feel are most important for our students.
In 2023, Bondall State School will develop a new Strategic Plan – spanning 2023 to 2025.
This Strategic Plan will be a three-year plan for school improvement. It will:
· Outline our school's vision and values.
· Set goals and targets for improved student outcomes.
· Identify the key improvement strategies to help us achieve these goals and targets.
The Strategic Plan is developed through a detailed process of review. This review process includes several key phases (data analysis, interviews and meetings) and involves a range of important stakeholders (staff, students and families).
