Transition Survey for BSBP Families

In an effort to provide valuable and relevant opportunities, BSBP is requesting family feedback on programs for students. You are receiving this survey for you to share how BSBP can best serve your family. The survey itself will take about 10 to 15 minutes. The responses are anonymous, and the results will be utilized for future planning.

The purpose of programming is to prepare your student for employment or post-secondary education. BSBP services are a continuum, and it is critical that students are active in services to prepare for transition from school to employment. It is expected that your student is active in services while open with BSBP services.
