Drinking Water Service Line Questionnaire

Dear Customer,
By October 2024, the Indiana Department of Environmental Protection and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency are requiring all water systems to develop an inventory of drinking water service lines. The Brown County Water Utility, Inc. (BCWU) must list the materials on the utility-owned portion of the service line (from water main to water meter). The inventory also requires us to ask you, the property owner, if you know the service line material on your side of the water meter.
Please submit only one survey per property. The survey is approximately 10 questions. Thank you!
