Bemidji Area Chamber Awards of Excellence:
Each year, we recognize local businesses and individuals that contribute to our local business community. Specific criteria will be considered for the five awards that are included in this survey.

Please review the award criteria and nominate local businesses or individuals that you feel should be recognized. At the end of this survey, register to WIN a $50 Chamber Bucks e-gift card! All nominations will be anonymous unless you choose to register to win.
  
How to Nominate a Business:
Please nominate one or more Bemidji area businesses using the form below. Nominations are anonymous. In most cases, the individual or business must be a chamber member in good standing to qualify. To view of list of Bemidji Chamber businesses, view our Member Directory.

Deadline:
Submit your nominations by Monday, April 3, at 2 p.m. 
All nominees will be compiled and ranked by our Awards Committee. The finalists are asked to complete a brief survey and in some instances asked to conduct a phone interview.
