INFORMATION FOR BREAKOUT SESSION PROPOSERS

The NIH SciEd 2023 Conference will be held May 30 - June 2 in person at the Grand Hyatt Washington in downtown Washington, DC. DEADLINE for proposal submission is MONDAY, APRIL 3.

Breakout sessions will be 1.25 hours in length. 

Many conference participants seek interactive sessions that provide ample opportunities to share and contribute. Rather than thinking of breakout sessions as traditional conference talks in which you present your research or project, we recommend planning the types of sessions you would hold for students, teachers and/or families – engaging and interactive.

Session proposals will be reviewed by the appropriate Strand Co-Leads. If you have questions, contact Kristin Bass, Conference Co-chair, kristin@rockman.com.
