The Cody Country Chamber of Commerce is now working with Absaroka Wealth Management to offer a Group 401(k) Plan that can be adopted by member businesses. The survey below will gather specific information on who would like to participate.

This will allow your business to potentially benefit from lower costs and lower administrative burden to operate a 401(k) Plan for your employees to participate in. Offering a 401(k) Plan can be a great way to attract and retain employees.
 
Your business can offer a retirement plan to your employees and receive tax credits for offering the plan. You can receive the following tax credits:
 
·         A Credit for Startup Costs in the first three years of offering a retirement plan. This can cover up to 50% of your eligible startup costs.
 
·         An Auto-Enrollment Tax Credit of $500/year for the first three years if you include a feature to automatically enroll employees into your retirement plan.
