This award is the highest commendation the CT River Valley Chamber of Commerce presents each year. This award recognizes a current Chamber member, in good standing, from Glastonbury, East Hartford, Hebron or Marlborough who is unselfishly committed to the local business community. Individual selected shall be cited for business accomplishments, civic and/or volunteer work.

The individual selected shall be someone who has contributed to economic growth in the region (growth in human, natural and financial resources may be considered).

The individual may have a unique story about overcoming adversity and/or achieving success.

All nominees must be living at the time they are nominated.

All nominees must be a current member of the CT River Valley Chamber.
