Terms and conditions:
1. Only one Product Category can be entered per item with the exception of ‘Best New Innovation’ which can be entered together with ONE other category. However please note that if you enter two categories, you will be charged for two entries.
2. All submitted products must have been launched AFTER 1st June 2023 and be available to purchase in the UK by 1st June 2025 (except for Best New Innovation for which products must be launched AFTER 1st January 2024 and be available to purchase in the UK by 1st June 2025).
3. Entries must be received by 5.00pm on Friday 16th May 2025. Late entries will not be accepted.
4. There is a charge of £75.00 for the first entry and £60 for subsequent entries for members; and £125 for the first entry and £110 for subsequent entries for non-members. All fees are + VAT. Payment must be made within 7 days of submission of our invoice. If payment is not received, your entry will not be accepted.
5. First stage judging takes place from 22nd May 2025 and you will be notified in advance if your product has been shortlisted.
6. If your product is shortlisted, a sample must be sent to the judging panel (UK address to be advised) no later than 9th June 2025. If you require the product to be returned, you will need to arrange this, otherwise all samples will be donated to the BPIA's chosen charity.
7. You can enter more than one product.

10. Winners will be announced at the BPIA's AGM in central London on 17th June 2025. All entrants will receive a FREE ticket to this event which includes FREE drinks and finger food.
11. The judges’ decision will be final.
