More Information
After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about how to join the first class on Zoom and an invoice to make your one-time payment of $125 to finalize your registration for the course. For individuals who apply for WIOA grant funding, this fee will be waived upon confirmation of your grant application's approval.
If you are currently unemployed or underemployed, you may be eligible for a WIOA (Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act) federal grant to fund your participation and additional exclusive business development support services. This grant funding opportunity includes the cost of your participation in the 6-week course and one-on-one support services from Greater Wealth Works and our Women’s Business for 12 months. You must apply to qualify for the WIOA grant and be approved before receiving the grant and the quality services it guarantees you. You can apply for the WIOA grant by visiting your local WorkSource office. Cobb County residents should visit WorkSourceCobb.org to apply.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding the course or the WIOA grant, please feel free to reach out to the Women’s Business Center or the Executive Director of Greater Wealth Works directly (see contact information below).
