The City of Denton understands that many nonprofits have been impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. In order to help us provide you with resources and information, we would like to understand how COVID-19 is impacting our community partners.

Completion of this survey does not guarantee that your organization will receive financial assistance from the City of Denton; however, it will provide insight to the fiscal damages experienced by human service agencies, and the need for support systems and resources.
