External Complaint & Incident Form v1
We are committed to preventing harm from happening to the people affected by our work in delivering development and humanitarian assistance. You can use this form to submit your concerns, complaint and/or report misconduct perpetrated by Better Days and/or its employees, volunteers, or co-implementing partners.

Confidentiality: The form requires personal information so we can contact you and/or the people involved. We will NOT use or disclose your personal information for any other reasons than for dealing with your complaint. If you wish to submit an anonymous complaint, you may skip/partially fill in the relevant questions.
After submitting this form, we will process your complaint/incident report and inform you within 5 working days of the next steps. These may be launching an investigation, collecting additional information, or taking action to protect the people affected by the incident.
