Terrible – I never have enough time, always reacting at the last minute. Question Title * 5. How well do members of the consumer health group communicate by email? Very well – Emails are concise, clear, easy to understand, I know what is expected of me and by when. Well – Most emails match the description above. Average – Some emails are not clear, too long or not sure what is expected of me. Poorly – Too many emails are way too long and unclear. Terrible – Almost all the emails are way too long and unclear. How could emails be improved? Question Title * 6. How well do members of the consumer health group communicate in meetings/conference calls? Very well – Meetings have a defined purpose. The right people are involved with high participation, we know what the meeting is about ahead of time and what is expected of participants. Meetings end with clear action items and next steps. Well – Most meetings are as defined above. Average – Some are good quality meetings as define above, but some are really not. Poorly – Too many lack a clear objective, I am not sure if I should attend or not. The meeting is dominated by one or two participants while others just listen.
