Information sessions
Nutrition talks with a particular topic such as - Healthy Eating, reduce your sugar / salt intake, heart health, exercise & nutrition, Nutrition and your digestion, Understanding Food Labels etc.

Smart Shopping
Programme aimed to help improve healthy eating through learning how to cook and shop on a budget effectively and learning a new recipe every week along with ingredients to take home.

Airfryer Programme
A programme aimed for people to learn how to use an airfryer and cook / bake nutritious meals.

Slow Cooker Programme
A programme by Health Improvement, to understand how to use a slow cooker along with healthy recipes.

Food for Thought
Along with a CBT Therapist, this programme is aimed for people to understand and promote better relationships with their food.

Food Values
A programme by Health Improvement, to understand how to cook on a budget for better nutrition. Includes topic of preparing to shop, convenient shopping and putting budgeting skills into practice for shopping and cooking.
