Birthworkers of Color Survey

Elephant Circle, the National Association to Advance Black Birth, and the National Black Midwives Alliance are conducting this survey to evaluate the needs and desires of the community with regard to convening, or supporting in another way, birthworkers of color. We define "birthworker" as any person engaged in work related to childbirth, intrapartum, antepartum or postpartum.

The underlying goal is to strengthen and develop the workforce of birthworkers of color as a way of addressing inequity in the perinatal health care system. 

Depending on your answers there will be up to 30 questions and it could take up to 30 minutes to complete.
