Choose ONE topic below that you feel best represents your expertise and skillset. You will work with other attendees on day 2 to develop a top 10 list of strategies and solutions around your focus area that will allow all to improve that area for their own businesses. You and your team will present your top 10 list to the group at the end of the workshop. It will also be shared on the JBF website, attributed to you.

Leadership Style and Personal Development (Focus includes leadership skills, avoiding burnout, overcoming imposture syndrome, professional development)

Partnerships and Negotiating Contracts (Focus includes working with family, setting up a successful partnership, contract negotiations, business structures)

Marketing and Branding (Focus includes branding and marketing strategy, collabs, social media platforms, attracting new customers)

Scaling and Diversifying Revenue Streams (Focus includes structuring your business for growth, scaling up/down, CPG, catering/events, cookbooks, franchising, growing brand)

Business Finances and Operations (Focus includes understanding your numbers and operating costs, how to improve profitability, key hires, team buy in, platforms/tools to use)

Vendors and Tech Platforms (Focus includes pros and cons of different POS/delivery platforms, how to choose the best tech stack, negotiating, utilizing AI)

Sustainability in Your Business and Community Engagement (Focus includes avoiding food waste, local sourcing, engaging with local community and community initiatives)
