2025 Young Alumni Board of Directors Membership Application |
Thank you for your interest in the Butler University Young Alumni Board of Directors! Applicants must reside or be employed in Central Indiana, and should have received their Butler degree within the last ten years. Applications for the June 2025 - May 2028 term will be accepted through 11:59 PM on Friday, February 21st, 2025.
The commitment of serving on the Board includes four meetings per year, usually held on Saturday mornings and Thursday evenings (each meeting lasts approximately 2.5 hours). Members of the Board commit to serving a three-year term. We ask that each member serve on at least one taskforce of the Board. Members are also asked to complete a series of action items during each year of their term as outlined in the Young Alumni Board Action Plan/Expectations. Taskforce participation will include additional meetings and communication beyond the quarterly meetings of the Board. Members are expected to attend Young Alumni Board and Butler Alumni events, as able, and to make an annual gift (of any amount) to the University.
