On our Tri-Clamp BoilerMaker™ G2, BoilerMaker Surface™, and BrewEasy™ Compact, we typically provide a compatible Tri-Clamp port, thermometer adapter, and clamp & gasket in addition to the standard NPT mounting parts. Then, instead of mounting the thermometer into the kettle, you mount it into the Tri-Clamp Adapter which clamps onto the welded Tri-Clamp port.
That said, what is your preferred method of mounting the temperature probes and thermometers to our Tri-Clamp Brew Kettles?
I want it mounted directly into the kettle wall, without the extra adapters and fittings.
I want the extra adapters and fittings, and I don't mind paying $49 extra to have this done for me at the Blichmann shop.
I want the extra adapters and fittings, but I don't want to pay the extra $49 to have it done. I would rather do it myself.
Other (please specify)
None of the above
