Business at OECD (BIAC) SME Survey 2022 – Looking for the ‘New Normal’ |
A word from the Chair of the Business at OECD SME and Entrepreneurship Committee
Dear Colleagues,
Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and entrepreneurs have been at the front line of the Covid-19 crisis and the post-Covid world for them will not be a return to business as usual and policies need to adapt to the new reality facing our economies and societies.
As labor markets are still shaping in the aftermath of the pandemic, we invite you to be a part of the selected team who will help us to identify what is the 'New Normal’ for SMEs and how digital, and other tools used, helped to keep businesses afloat and contributed to their effectiveness and productivity growth.
The aim of the survey to identify and illustrate how SMEs adapt to the new challenges permanently changing business practices, and what digital tools will be useful for such adaptation. We will use your responses to prepare targeted policy messages and recommendations to OECD and governments.
Individual company responses will be kept strictly confidential, and will only be used internally by the Business at OECD team. Only aggregated results will be used in public communications. The survey should take about 10 minutes to complete, and survey respondents are not required to answer all of the questions.
If you have any questions regarding the survey, please do not hesitate to contact Rokas Morkūnas at the Business at OECD Secretariat (morkunas@biac.org).
Many thanks for your contribution to our activities!
Kind regards,
Patrik Kovács
