The Recreation, Arts & Culture Department is focused on delivering programs, events, and services that meet the needs of the residents of the Village of Bal Harbour. We need your help to better understand what types of activities you currently enjoy, and what you would like to see more of in the future. Please take a few minutes to answer the questions below.
