Eligibility
The ACCME defines a ineligible company are those whose primary business is producing, marketing, selling, re-selling, or distributing healthcare products used by or on patients. Ineligible companies cannot participate in accredited education.
The ACCME does not consider providers of clinical service directly to patients to be ineligible companies. For more information, review the ACCME Eligibility policy as found in the Standards for Integrity and Independence in Accredited Continuing Education.
